- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado en contra del auto del 9 de junio de 2023, proferido por la magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo, dentro del expediente D-15267, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda interpuesta por Yahir Arcenio Cortina Lancheros contra el artículo 20 (parcial) del Decreto 1014 de 1978.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra la misma no proceden recursos.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
